Abstract

Introduction Sleep is a basic human psychological need, and is regularly repeating. It is the organism easily reversible binding and its relative immobility significant enhancement in response to external stimuli, compared with a threshold awakening is clear.  Materials and Methods This study was analytical. The sample of study was included 296 respondents.
